User Guides
Additionally, our consultants offer a thorough review of each justice agency's configuration and current procedures. We will then prepare detailed user guides for the organization. User guides will include rules and procedures for handling tasks such as tracking event continuances, re-opening cases, changing attorneys, etc. This will assist your organization in ensuring that all users are following the same procedures and that all information is being tracked within Justice Edition in the same manner.
