Our Client Services group provides superior customer support to our clients by identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues for clients using Justice Edition products.
Our staff has decades of combined experience training, developing, and supporting Justice Edition and related products.

Product Updates
Client Services strives to provide the highest quality product of its kind. To that end, revisions and enhancements are thoroughly reviewed and tested, then distributed to clients periodically. SUSTAIN System Administrators are alerted when new product releases are available. They may be downloaded from SUSTAIN's website or FTP site, along with detailed instructions so that clients may install updates at their convienience. As always, the Client Services support team is available to assist clients with the installation of new releases.
Additional Services
- Bimonthly Support Statements are distributed to designated SUSTAIN System Administrators. These statements outline the billing amounts for each support request and show the remaining support balance for that time period.
- Informative Client Services tips offering information about new features, or reminders about existing useful features, are included with the Support Balance Statements.
- Client Services reports, a summary of each request for support along with the resolution, are distributed on a bi-monthly basis via email.
